Maxscend: The impact of the litigation on the company's current or future profits is relatively small, and the company is preparing to respond actively
On July 7th, Maxscend stated on the interactive platform that this case only involves two models of the company's filter products, which account for a relatively low proportion of the company's main business revenue. Therefore, the impact of this lawsuit on the company's current profits or future profits is minimal. Regarding the lawsuit claims, the company does not recognize the plaintiff's assertions and is currently preparing to respond actively. On the evening of April 11th, Maxscend disclosed an announcement stating that it recently received a "Civil Complaint" and other litigation-related materials delivered by the Seoul Central District Court in South Korea and the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. The five patents involved in this case only pertain to two models of the company's filter products, and Japan's Murata is requesting the court to order Maxscend to bear a series of responsibilities
