JZNEE: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to purchase suspended PRT equipment, amounting to 18 million yuan
JZNEE announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Zhenjiang Casting Technology Co., Ltd., intends to purchase the main equipment and technical services required for the suspended PRT overall operation system from Jiangsu Feisuo Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., amounting to 18 million yuan. This transaction has been approved by the 11th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors of the company, with related director Mr. Hu Zhen abstaining from the vote. The transaction does not require submission for shareholder meeting approval. Jiangsu Feisuo Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a company indirectly controlled by the company's chairman and actual controller, Mr. Hu Zhen, constituting a related party
