AEC GROUP has signed a total of 5 memorandums of understanding for business cooperation and professional services with multiple business entities from Indonesia and Malaysia

According to the announcement from AEC GROUP (08320), the executive director will participate in a delegation to Indonesia and Malaysia in June 2025. During this inspection, the group will sign a total of five non-binding memoranda of understanding with multiple business entities from Indonesia and Malaysia regarding business cooperation and professional services on June 24 and 26, 2025. According to the memoranda, the group can engage in business cooperation and professional services with the following business entities: 1. PT DEX Solusi Transit, Indonesia PT DEX Solusi Transit is a consulting company involved in infrastructure, urban, and architectural design and development. The group intends to collaborate with PT DEX Solusi Transit to provide green building and other international green building certification, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), ESG rating, carbon credit trading, and green finance consulting services in Indonesia, as well as to promote sustainable development and ESG capacity building in Indonesia. 2. PT Townland International, Indonesia PT Townland International is an award-winning international multidisciplinary planning and design consulting firm that provides professional services in areas such as master planning, urban design, architecture, landscape design, regional planning, development consulting, expert witness, social development, and project management for governments, the private sector, institutions, and development agencies. The group intends to collaborate with PT Townland International to provide ESG, green community certification, smart city, and green finance-related consulting services for large development projects in Indonesia, as well as to promote sustainable development and ESG capacity building in Indonesia. 3. GD Holdings Sdn Bhd (GD), Malaysia GD is engaged in real estate, property development, and property investment, and is a highly respected leader in the industry. GD believes it can make a greater contribution to economic and social development by integrating cutting-edge green technology and modern systems into its development projects. The group intends to collaborate with GD to develop and implement comprehensive solutions for green building development, promote sustainable procurement practices in the built environment, including developing a carbon-neutral roadmap for GD's property development projects in Malaysia and formulating a comprehensive ESG strategy, as well as leveraging GD's expertise in innovative property development and the group's strengths in sustainable building design, green building certification, and ESG consulting to integrate smart building technology, green technology, and green finance. The group will work together to provide ESG, green building, healthy building design, smart building technology, green finance, and cross-border sustainable procurement-related consulting for GD's future landmark projects, with the expectation of extending benefits to the broader property development industry in Malaysia. 4. The One Island Consultant and Training Centre Sdn Bhd (The One Island), Malaysia The One Island specializes in providing comprehensive professional training and consulting services for management systems, assisting enterprises in quickly obtaining and maintaining ISO certification. The group intends to collaborate with The One Island to provide environmental and low-carbon-related certifications (including ISO standards) and consulting services for data centers, renewable energy infrastructure projects, and industrial parks located in Malaysia, as well as to promote sustainable development and ESG capacity building in Malaysia. 5. Global Sustainability Leaders Academy Sdn. Bhd. (Global Sustainability), Malaysia Global Sustainability primarily engages in organizational training, workshops, and courses. The group intends to collaborate with Global Sustainability to provide ESG, green building, carbon neutrality, and green finance-related capacity building and advocacy in Malaysia, as well as to promote sustainable development and ESG capacity building in Malaysia.
