Previously, JIAODA ONLLY announced that it had reported to the Shanghai Public Security Bureau Songjiang Branch on June 24 regarding the suspected embezzlement case involving related personnel due to the illegal insurance withdrawals by former executives, which has been accepted. At the same time, the court ruled to allow the withdrawal of the civil lawsuit. However, on the day of the media communication meeting, JIAODA ONLLY Chairman Ji Min revealed to the media that the company had submitted supplementary reporting materials to the Songjiang Branch, which accepted the evidence material list, but on July 10, they received a notice of non-filing. As of now, Yang Guoping remains the chairman of the listed companies Dazhong Transportation and Dazhong Public Utilities.
