QYDL: The concerted actors of the controlling shareholder increased their holdings by 0.85%

QYDL announced that its controlling shareholder, China Huadian Corporation, has completed more than half of the implementation period for the shareholding increase plan through its holding subsidiary, China Huadian Group Capital Holdings Co., Ltd. As of July 15, 2025, Huadian Capital has cumulatively increased its shareholding in the company by 3.6343 million shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.85% of the company's total share capital. Huadian Capital currently holds 3.6343 million shares of the company, representing 0.85% of the total share capital. After the increase, the controlling shareholder, China Huadian, and its concerted parties collectively hold 125 million shares of the company, accounting for 29.14% of the total share capital. This shareholding increase plan has not yet been fully implemented and will continue to increase shares within the established plan
