CHIHO ENV: Xu Jiayuan has been appointed as the company secretary
CHIHO ENV announced that Xu Jiayuan has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from July 14, 2025. This appointment follows the resignation of Wu Meihua, who stepped down from the position of company secretary and other related roles
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHIHO ENV (00976) announced that on July 14, 2025, the company received a resignation letter from Wu Meihua, in which she resigned as the company secretary, the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the authorized representative of the company under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) for accepting legal documents or notices in Hong Kong (collectively referred to as authorized representatives).
