According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SENYUAN ELECTRIC announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Xuchang Shuke Supply Chain Management Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xuchang Shuke"). Both parties plan to jointly carry out business cooperation with a total annual limit not exceeding RMB 500 million (the actual amount shall be based on the amount incurred). The scope of cooperation includes but is not limited to supply chain services, bulk material supply, raw material supply, etc., with a validity period of 36 months from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting
