Lily & Beauty owner's divorce sequel: company's actual controller's ex-wife takes away 160 million

DoNews reported on July 22 that Shanghai Lily & Beauty Cosmetics Co., Ltd. announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Huang Tao, has newly judicially frozen 16,747,538 shares of the company, accounting for 12.88% of his directly held shares and 4.18% of the company's total share capital.

As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Huang Tao, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of Lily & Beauty, directly holds 129,980,304 shares of the company, accounting for 32.46% of the company's total share capital; Mr. Huang Tao has a total of 29,747,538 shares frozen, accounting for 22.89% of his directly held shares and 7.43% of the company's total share capital.
