
WISCOM's controlling shareholder plans to change to Nanjing ZhiDi, resuming trading on July 23

WISCOM announced that JinZhi Group will transfer its 64,132,389 shares (accounting for 16.01% of the total share capital) to Nanjing ZhiDi and Zhejiang ZhiYong through a negotiated transfer. After the transfer, Nanjing ZhiDi will become the controlling shareholder, and Zhao Dan and Xiao Ming will become the actual controllers. The company's stock will resume trading on July 23, 2025
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WISCOM (002090.SZ) announced that on July 22, 2025, WISCOM Group signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Nanjing Zhidi Huiying Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Zhidi") and Zhejiang Zhiyong Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Zhiyong"). WISCOM Group intends to transfer 64,132,389 shares it holds in the company to Nanjing Zhidi and Zhejiang Zhiyong through an agreement, accounting for 16.01% of the company's total share capital; among them, 36,372,398 shares will be transferred to Nanjing Zhidi, accounting for 9.08% of the company's total share capital; and 27,759,991 shares will be transferred to Zhejiang Zhiyong, accounting for 6.93% of the company's total share capital.
After the completion of this equity change, WISCOM Group will no longer be the controlling shareholder of the company, and the controlling shareholder will change to Nanjing Zhidi, with Zhao Dan and Xiao Ming becoming the actual controllers of the company.
Upon the company's application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company's stock will resume trading starting from July 23, 2025 (Wednesday)
