SUNRISE: Application for judicial auction of 15% equity in Qinghai Jintai held by Fukan Mining

SUNRISE announced that the Intermediate People's Court of Xining City, Qinghai Province will publicly auction the equity held by Fukan Mining in Qinghai Jintai Potash Co., Ltd., corresponding to an investment amount of RMB 30.3664 million, from August 23 to August 24, 2025. The starting price is set at RMB 540 million. The auctioned asset is 15% of the equity in Qinghai Jintai Potash Co., Ltd. held by Qinghai Fukan Mining Asset Management Co., Ltd., with the auction pricing based on the overall equity value of Qinghai Jintai at RMB 4 billion, determining the starting price in conjunction with the auction ratio. If the auction is successfully completed, it will help optimize the company's asset structure, improve asset quality, and enhance the stability and appreciation potential of the assets
