SKYLIGHT HLDG plans to acquire assets to establish a supermarket instant delivery system service, with a transaction amount of 20 million RMB (approximately 22 million HKD). The acquisition includes 3,200 electric delivery vehicles, 4,000 sets of new energy batteries, and 160 sets of charging equipment. The board believes that this market has enormous potential, especially with the rapid expansion of domestic fresh e-commerce, and this move will help broaden and diversify the company's business and increase revenue sources
According to the announcement from Tian Cai Holdings (03882), on July 21, 2025, the buyer (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into an agreement with the seller Beijing Huishentong Technology to acquire assets for establishing the group's supermarket instant delivery system service, at a price of RMB 20 million (approximately HKD 22 million, including tax).
It is reported that the assets to be acquired include 3,200 electric delivery vehicles; 4,000 sets of new energy batteries; and 160 sets of new energy charging equipment.
The board of directors believes that providing instant delivery system services for supermarkets remains a blue ocean market, especially with the rapid expansion of the domestic fresh e-commerce market, and is confident that this new business segment has enormous commercial potential. By venturing into the new business area of supermarket instant delivery system services, the group will be able to broaden and diversify its operations and increase its sources of revenue
