The 13th board of directors is chaired by Zhang Junyu, with non-independent directors including Zhang Junyu, Zhang Xiuwen, Liu Chunlin, Zhang Jingquan, and Lian Tao, and independent directors including Chen Xiaojun, XUHUAXI, and Xie Xianghua.
