According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hyea Aromas announced that Mr. Hua Wenliang, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 2.2439 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's current total share capital) within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
