CMRU: The auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion report on its performance

China Metal Resources Utilization (01636.HK) announced that the auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion on the company's financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, regarding going concern issues.

So far, the company's operating subsidiaries Tongxin, Jin Huanxing, Taiyue, Yinlian Xiangbei, and Hubei Rongsheng are undergoing restructuring with existing creditors in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China. The company has planned and intends to convert the debts of its major creditors (including Fule and Huarong) into equity in the company
