Pharscin Pharma announced that its controlling shareholder Chengdu Local Construction Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings by 4.1759 million shares through centralized bidding from June 6, 2025, to July 29, 2025, at a price range of 17.4-19.29 yuan/share; and reduced its holdings by 8.3519 million shares through block trading from June 9, 2025, to July 29, 2025, at a price range of 14.51-16.27 yuan/share, totaling a reduction of 12.5278 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital. Senior management personnel Peng Xiaoyan reduced holdings of 1,000 shares and 3,300 shares through centralized bidding on June 12, 2025, and June 19, 2025, at prices of 17.98 and 16.33 yuan/share, respectively, totaling a reduction of 4,300 shares, accounting for 0.0010% of the total share capital.
