DELONG CO-ENERGY: Shareholding ratio of major shareholder Datong Group decreased to 6.31%
DELONG CO-ENERGY announced that the 16.0936 million shares of the company held by Tianjin Datong Investment Group Co., Ltd., a shareholder with more than 5% stake, were transferred on July 28, 2025, following a judicial auction. Datong Group's shareholding in the company has decreased to 22.6389 million shares, with the shareholding ratio dropping from 10.80% to 6.31%, and the change in shareholder equity touching the integer multiples of 1% and 5%. This change in equity will not lead to a change in the actual control of the company and will not adversely affect the company's normal production and operations
