WAM: Dongrui International Limited reduced its holdings by 937,400 shares, with the shareholding ratio decreasing to 10.00%

WAM announced that from June 23, 2025, to July 31, 2025, the information disclosure obligor Dongrui International Co., Ltd. will reduce its holdings of WAM shares by 937,400 shares through block trading and centralized bidding on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with a reduction ratio of 1.02%. There have been no changes in shareholding by the information disclosure obligor from the listing of WAM until June 22, 2025. After this equity change, the information disclosure obligor holds 9,226,600 shares of WAM, with the proportion of total share capital decreasing from 11.02% to 10.00%. The information disclosure obligor has no other plans for increasing or reducing holdings in the next 12 months
