OCI INTL: The placement agreement has become invalid
OCI INTL announced that the placement agreement has become invalid as all conditions were not met by July 31, 2025, and the placement will no longer proceed. All rights, obligations, and responsibilities have been terminated, and no party may make claims regarding the placement. The board stated that the termination of the agreement will not have a significant adverse impact on the group's business and financial condition
According to the announcement from Dongjian International (00329), the placement agreement has become invalid due to the failure to meet all conditions set forth in the agreement by July 31, 2025 (the final deadline) and/or obtain waivers. The placement matters will not proceed. All rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the placement agent and the company under the placement agreement have been terminated, and the contracting parties shall not make any claims against each other regarding the placement matters, except for any prior defaults and/or any rights or obligations accrued under the placement agreement before its invalidation.
