On the evening of August 4th, AVICHM announced that, given that no one registered to participate in the transfer of 29.9879% equity of Zhuoyue Forging at the Beijing Property Exchange by the end of the information disclosure period, the board of directors agreed to change the transfer reserve price for the 29.9879% equity of Zhuoyue Forging to 170 million yuan
