Shengliang Logistics (08292.HK) subsidiary VSING, which operates interactive entertainment, has reached a strategic cooperation with Japanese listed entertainment giant GENDA (09166.JP) and its two subsidiaries, including entertainment content developer Dynamo and the Japanese karaoke chain brand Shin Corporation.
This strategic cooperation between VSING and GENDA will introduce the VSING interactive entertainment system into GENDA's Shin Corporation karaoke business, combining Dynamo's advanced technologies such as high-end virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) to create a top-notch entertainment experience that integrates virtual and reality. The three parties will open Japan's first flagship store "VSING Shibuya" in Tokyo's most vibrant entertainment landmark, Shibuya.
Through the VSING system and exclusive mobile application, users can perform live on a professional stage, interact in real-time with both on-site and online audiences, and even compete in online singing contests with users worldwide. As for the audience, they can instantly request songs through the app or send virtual gifts to their favorite singers, triggering stage effects and elevating traditional karaoke to a new level of modern interactive entertainment, meeting the current market demand for live streaming and social media interaction.
With the official opening of VSING Shibuya, VSING now has over 45 locations globally, covering Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam, and more.
The group expects that with GENDA's strong and diverse entertainment business network, VSING will gradually expand its presence in Japan and other overseas markets, aiming to increase the number of global stores to 100 by the end of this year
