SANLIAN FORGING: Subsidiary completes industrial and commercial change registration

SANLIAN FORGING announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhu WanLian New Energy Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. has completed the industrial and commercial change registration and obtained the business license reissued by the Market Supervision Administration of Yijiang District, Wuhu City. The business scope of Wuhu WanLian has been changed to include general projects such as research and development, manufacturing, and retail of automotive parts, as well as licensed projects such as power generation, power transmission, and power supply. The registered capital of the subsidiary is 93 million yuan, and it is a limited liability company. The changed business scope will allow Wuhu WanLian to operate independently in accordance with relevant laws and regulations that are not prohibited or restricted
