PJRC plans to increase its investment in New Energy Zhenning Company by 55.8 million yuan
PJRC announced that it will increase its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, New Energy Zhenning Company, by 55.8 million yuan to support the construction of the Panjiang Geli Wind Farm project in Zhenning County. The total investment for the project is 279 million yuan, which meets the requirement of no less than 20% for project capital
According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, PJRC (600395.SH) announced that Panjiang New Energy Power Generation (Zhenning) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "New Energy Zhenning Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. After being reviewed and approved by the sixth board of directors at its fifth extraordinary meeting in 2024, the New Energy Zhenning Company will invest in the construction of the Panjiang Geli Wind Farm project in Zhenning County, with a total project investment of 279 million yuan. To meet the construction needs of the project and in accordance with the requirement of no less than 20% project capital, the company plans to increase its investment in the New Energy Zhenning Company by 55.8 million yuan
