Bide Science and Technology: The actual controller and its concerted actors intend to transfer 29.90% of the company's shares to Yangzhou Dinglong Qishun Equity Investment Partnership
Bide Science and Technology announced that on August 8, 2025, the actual controllers Wang Jianqun, Liu Ying, and their concerted actors Wang Kai, Wang Jianping, and Li Biyu signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Yangzhou Dinglong Qishun Equity Investment Partnership to transfer a total of 56,167,200 shares of the listed company, accounting for 29.90% of the total share capital of the listed company. The total transaction price is 897 million yuan, corresponding to a transfer price of 15.97 yuan per share. The implementation of this share transfer will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
