Ningbo Energy plans to acquire a 41% stake in its controlling subsidiary Yongneng Comprehensive Energy
Ningbo Energy announced that it will acquire a 41% stake in its controlling subsidiary Yongneng Comprehensive Energy in cash, specifically including the acquisition of a 35% stake held by Ningbo Meike for RMB 7.8013 million, and a 6% stake held by Ningbo Guotong for RMB 1.3374 million. After the acquisition is completed, Ningbo Energy will hold 100% of Yongneng Comprehensive Energy, and the scope of consolidated financial statements will remain unchanged
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Energy (600982.SH) announced that the company will acquire 35% equity of Ningbo Yongneng Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yongneng Comprehensive Energy") held by Ningbo Meike Carbon Dioxide Heat Pump Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ningbo Meike") for a cash price of RMB 7.8013 million plus the transitional profit and loss allocation value, and will acquire 6% equity of Yongneng Comprehensive Energy held by Ningbo Guotong Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ningbo Guotong") for a price of RMB 1.3374 million plus the transitional profit and loss allocation value. After the acquisition is completed, Ningbo Energy will hold 100% equity of Yongneng Comprehensive Energy, and the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements will remain unchanged
