WING LEE PPT expects a net loss of approximately HKD 164 million to HKD 166 million in the first half of 2025, a significant increase compared to a loss of approximately HKD 61.3 million in the same period of 2024. The main reason is the decrease in the fair value of investment properties, which is expected to reduce net value by approximately HKD 169 million to HKD 171 million. Nevertheless, since this decrease is a non-cash item, it is expected not to have a significant impact on operations and cash flow.
