According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhejiang Kunpeng Cloud Fresh Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Kunpeng Cloud Chari Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. were established, with registered capital of 100 million yuan and 10 million yuan respectively. Their business scope includes: Internet information services; agricultural crop seed operations; import and export of agricultural crop seeds, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the former is jointly held by Beijing Kunpeng Cloud Chari Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. under Beijing United Information Technology and others, while the latter is wholly owned by Beijing Kunpeng Cloud Chari Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd
