Topsec: Shareholder Zheng Zhongnan plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

Topsec announced that shareholder Zheng Zhongnan, who holds more than 5% of the shares, owns 84.9289 million shares, accounting for 7.30% of the company's total share capital. Due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings through block trades by no more than 23.2641 million shares, accounting for 2%, from the 15 trading days after the announcement date until December 2, 2025; and through centralized bidding by no more than 11.632 million shares, accounting for 1%; with a total reduction of no more than 34.8961 million shares, accounting for 3%. The reduction price will be determined based on the secondary market price at the time of the reduction
