According to the announcement from Wongtee International (000056.SZ), the company has recently learned through public information inquiries that the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in Guangdong Province will publicly auction the assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary Rongfa Investment, namely the Jingguo Commercial Center (Shenzhen Wongtee Plaza) and related ancillary facilities and equipment, from 10:00 on September 9, 2025, to 10:00 on September 10, 2025 (excluding delays) on the JD.com judicial auction platform of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, with a starting price of 3.053 billion yuan.
In 2024, the revenue from the Shenzhen Wongtee Plaza project is expected to be 369 million yuan, accounting for 56.03% of the company's total annual revenue.
