Raysharp announced that Beijing Lianzhong Yongsheng Technology Trade Co., Ltd. and its concerted actor Xu Jin collectively hold 25.31 million shares of the company, accounting for 36.3005%. The two parties plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 990,000 shares, accounting for 1.4199%, through centralized bidding or block trading from September 4 to December 3, 2025.
