ACROBIOSYSTEMS: Employee platform plans to reduce holdings of 4.6 million shares of the company

ACROBIOSYSTEMS announced that its actual controller's concerted actor, Miao Jingyun, plans to reduce holdings of no more than 400,000 shares through centralized bidding or block trading from September 5, 2025, to December 4, 2025, accounting for 0.24% of the company's total share capital; the employee stock ownership platforms Shanghai ACROBIOSYSTEMS and Shanghai ACROBIOSYSTEMS Jiale plan to collectively reduce holdings of no more than 4.6 million shares during the same period, accounting for 2.74% of the company's total share capital; and Deputy General Manager Lin Tao plans to reduce holdings of no more than 94,500 shares during the same period, accounting for 0.06% of the company's total share capital
