CECM: General Manager Song Xin resigns for personal reasons
On August 15th, CECM announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Director and General Manager Song Xin. Song Xin applied to resign from the positions of Director and General Manager for personal reasons, and after resigning, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Song Xin's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. During the vacancy of the General Manager position, Chairman Xie Wu Tao will act as the General Manager until the company appoints a new General Manager in accordance with procedures
