"Profit Warning" HONLIV HEALTH forecasts a loss of no more than 2 million RMB in the first half of the year

HONLIV HEALTH (09906.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss of no more than RMB 2 million for the six months ending in June, compared to a net profit of RMB 20 million in the same period last year. The loss is mainly due to a decrease in demand for inpatient medical services leading to reduced revenue; and based on the settlement results of insurance plans, the actual settlement rate is lower than the estimated settlement rate, resulting in a decrease in inpatient service revenue for the current period, and further lowering the estimated settlement rate for inpatient service revenue covered by the plans
