ELECSPN: Chen Jing resigns as the company's board secretary
On August 20th, ELECSPN announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the board secretary Chen Jing. Chen Jing applied to resign from the position of board secretary due to reaching the statutory retirement age and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. The resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. During the vacancy of the board secretary, the company's deputy general manager and financial head Wang Liqiang will perform the duties of the board secretary
