SPRIXIN: Plans to subscribe for an additional registered capital of 42.5333 million yuan in Tibet Dongrun

SPRIXIN announced that the company plans to jointly sign the "Investment Agreement on Tibet Dongrun Digital Energy Co., Ltd." with Tibet Dongrun, Linzhi Dingfu, Shenzhen Jiufu, Dongrun Zhonghe, Dongrun Zhongteng, Dongrun Zhongsheng, Zhao Huaiying, and Hainan Jinyuan. The company will use its own funds of 42.5333 million yuan to subscribe for the newly increased registered capital of 34.976 million yuan of Tibet Dongrun. After this investment is completed, the company will hold 25% of the equity of Tibet Dongrun. According to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules," "Articles of Association," and other relevant regulations, this external investment matter is within the scope of the general manager's review authority and does not need to be submitted to the board of directors or the shareholders' meeting for review
