Joincare: Net profit in the first half of the year was 785 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.1%

Joincare disclosed its 2025 semi-annual report on the evening of August 22. The company achieved operating revenue of 7.898 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year decrease of 4.08%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 785 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.1%; basic earnings per share were 0.43 yuan. During the reporting period, due to some generic products being included in centralized procurement, the market competition became more intense, leading to a certain decline in revenue in the chemical preparation segment. The health food segment still achieved a 35% growth compared to the high base in the same period last year
