UE: Director Yang Hongchun resigns for personal reasons

UE announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from director Yang Hongchun on August 27, 2025. Yang Hongchun resigned from the positions of director and member of the board's strategic committee for personal reasons and will no longer hold any other positions in the company after resigning. According to the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Yang Hongchun's resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company's board of directors, and the resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. Yang Hongchun has completed the handover work as per the company's regulations
