WELLSUN announced that the company, together with Shanghai Chenkun Jun'an Enterprise Management Partnership, has jointly invested to establish Shanghai WELLSUN New Energy Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Among them, WELLSUN contributed 15 million yuan with its own funds, holding a 75% stake. Shanghai WELLSUN New Energy Co., Ltd. has obtained a business license and has become a holding subsidiary of the company.
