Xingyuan Environment announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhangzhou Xingyuan Water Co., Ltd. is responsible for the early termination of the concession period for the sewage treatment plant in Chengdong, Zhao'an County, Fujian Province, due to changes in environmental protection policies and excessive inflow. According to the agreement, the People's Government of Sidu Town, Zhao'an County, will repurchase the concession rights asset of the sewage treatment plant for 28.9467 million yuan. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset reorganization, and does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
