CPEP: Plans to invest CNY 68.7991 million to construct the power supply project for the Zhengzhou New District sewage treatment plant

Zhongyuan Environmental Protection announced that its subsidiary Zhengzhou Zhitan Technology Co., Ltd. will act as the leading entity of a consortium, which includes China Electric Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. and China State Power Engineering (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., to invest in and construct the electricity guarantee contract energy management project for the new district sewage treatment plant under Zhengzhou Sewage Purification Co., Ltd. The total estimated investment for the project is approximately 68.7991 million yuan, with funding sourced from self-owned funds and self-raised funds. The project adopts a contract energy management model, with a contract period of 29 years, during which Zhitan Company will share electricity price revenues with the purification company, and upon contract expiration, the project will be transferred to the purification company
