HTG announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Chairman Zhao Qi, who resigned from the positions of Chairman, Director, and Chairman of the Board's Strategic Committee due to work reasons, and will no longer serve as the company's legal representative. After Zhao Qi's resignation, he will not hold any other positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. Zhao Qi's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors and will not affect the normal operation and business development of the company's board of directors
