SHANGHAI IND H: Zhang Qian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHANGHAI IND H announced that starting from August 29, 2025: (i) Professor Zhang Qian has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee; (ii) Mr. Tang Jiasheng has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee; and (iii) Mr. Yuan Tianfan has been appointed as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee and nomination committee
