SKYLIGHT HLDG released its interim results for the period ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 135 million, a year-on-year decrease of 1.1%. The loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 20.501 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 16.8%. Due to customers' reluctance to invest in new product development, the core Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) business performed poorly, prompting the group to begin transitioning to Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) business, achieving positive results. The group plans to launch a supermarket instant retail delivery system service in China in December 2024 and is negotiating cooperation with several supermarkets to provide a one-stop delivery system service
