ST Bright Oceans announced that the company plans to terminate the smart city construction project, industry big data analysis and operation project, cloud security management system construction project, network optimization intelligent platform construction project, and regional innovation application workshop construction project. As of June 30, 2025, the remaining unused raised funds for the terminated fundraising projects amount to 790 million yuan. The company plans to permanently supplement 297 million yuan of the remaining raised funds into working capital for daily production operations and business development.
