ANANDA's 132 million idle fundraising cash management matures, redeeming interest of 1.09 million

ANANDA Drive Technology Co., Ltd. announced that on February 27, it used CNY 132.23 million of idle raised funds to purchase a 6-month time deposit at the Wuxi Xidong Branch of Bank of Ningbo, which matures on August 27. The principal of CNY 132.23 million has been recovered on time, along with interest of CNY 1.0909 million. Previously, the company's 14th meeting of the third board of directors and the 8th meeting of the fourth board of directors had approved relevant cash management proposals, allowing funds to be rolled over within the limits and validity period. As of the announcement date, the company has a balance of CNY 40 million in structured deposits and CNY 110 million in time deposits purchased with raised funds, and there are no overdue or unrecovered products purchased with idle raised funds
