Skychem Technology's subsidiary signs property rights contract to promote the upgrade and transformation project of the Jinshan factory

In July 2025, the board of directors, supervisory board, and temporary shareholders' meeting of Shanghai Skychem Technology Co., Ltd. approved the proposal to change part of the fundraising investment projects, terminating the "Zhuhai R&D Center Construction Project" and reallocating the raised funds of 83.6017 million yuan and its interest to the "Jinshan Factory Upgrade and Renovation Project," with the implementing entity being its wholly-owned subsidiary Skychem Chemical. The total investment for the project is 124.0057 million yuan. Recently, Skychem Chemical successfully acquired the land use rights and above-ground buildings related to Chunhua Road in Jinshanwei Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai, for 70.6259 million yuan, and signed the "Shanghai Property Rights Transaction Contract." This contract signing will promote the progress of the fundraising investment project, enhance capital efficiency, benefit the company's long-term development, and will not affect the existing business and financial status
