XINJIANG TIANYE: Changes in the equity of shareholders holding more than 5% reach the 1% threshold
XINJIANG TIANYE announced that the company's controlling shareholder, XINJIANG TIANYE Co., Ltd., and its concerted action party, Tianyu Rongzi Capital Operation Co., Ltd., cumulatively increased their holdings of the company's shares by 14.8779 million shares through centralized bidding from April 16, 2025, to September 3, 2025, accounting for 0.87% of the company's current total share capital. This change in equity raised the shareholding ratio from 42.15% to 43.02%, reaching the 1% threshold. The funds for the increase come from self-owned funds and bank loans. The increase plan has not yet been fully implemented, and XINJIANG TIANYE Co., Ltd. will continue to increase its holdings of the company's shares as planned
