JEI: Approval from Hebei Construction Investment Group for issuing stocks to specific targets
On the evening of September 4th, JEI announced that the company received a reply from its controlling shareholder, Hebei Construction Investment Group, agreeing to the plan for the company to issue no more than 231 million shares to no more than 35 specific targets through a bidding process
