JIANGNAN CHEMICAL: Zijin Investment pledged 180 million shares of A-shares

JIANGNAN CHEMICAL announced that its shareholder Zijin Investment, holding more than 5% of the shares, has pledged 180 million A-shares. The pledge start date is September 3, 2025, with the pledged shares accounting for 69.20% of its holdings and 6.80% of the company's total share capital.
