NWM: Multiple shareholders plan to reduce their holdings in the company

NWM announced that the company's controlling shareholder and its concerted parties collectively hold 25.36% of the shares. Lanmo No. 7 plans to transfer 1.4 million shares through block trading, while Lanmo No. 8 will transfer its 800,000 shares to Yang Ming, after which Lanmo No. 8 will no longer hold any company stock.
