On September 8th, the National Ocean Information Center and the China Ocean Development Research Association released the "2025 China Ocean Development Index Report." The index uses 2015 as the base year, with a base index value of 100. The report shows that the China Ocean Development Index for 2024 is 129.7, an increase of 2.9% from the previous year, indicating steady improvement in ocean development and solid progress in building a strong maritime nation
